Keepory Android
Walk through your home once, room by room, and have a list your insurer will accept.
Android: free to try, one-time unlock €4,99, no subscription · looking for the iPhone version?
Keepory turns an afternoon into peace of mind: photograph and log everything you own — value, room, brand, serial number — and export a claim-ready report for your contents insurance. Everything stays on your phone. No account, no subscription, no cloud.
Then it answers the question the list exists for. Your policy names a sum insured — the most it will ever pay. Enter that figure and Keepory puts it next to what you have actually documented, and tells you in plain words whether you are covered or short, and by how much. That check is part of the free app.
What It Does
- See a sample inventory before you type anything: eleven entries standing for sixteen belongings across six rooms, with a sum insured to check them against. Every one is marked "Sample" — in the list, in the PDF and in the CSV — and one tap in the More menu removes them all
- Add belongings room by room with a photo, value, category, quantity, purchase date, brand, model and serial number
- Log a set as one entry: six dining chairs are one row with one amount — and quantities never count against the free entry limit
- Record replacement cost as well as estimated value — a contents claim is settled on replacement
- Compare your policy's sum insured with your documented total, and see the shortfall named. Belongings without a value are named too, with one screen to fill them in, so the comparison is never flattered by things that count as nothing
- See your total insured value at a glance
- Search by name, brand, room or serial number
- Export a claim-ready PDF report (A4 or US Letter, with photos and totals) and a CSV spreadsheet
- Send the report straight from the app — to your insurer, an adjuster or yourself — or save it wherever you like
- No photo goes missing in silence: if a picked photo cannot be read or does not fit, Keepory says so and fetches just that one again
- Back up everything — every item and every photo — in one file you keep wherever you like, and restore it on a new phone
Why You'll Like It
- One-time purchase — no subscription, ever
- 100% on your device — your photos and values are never uploaded
- No ads, no account, no sign-up — and no access to your photo library, camera, contacts or location: photos come from Android's own photo picker or your camera app
- Ready for the moment you need it: after a burglary, fire or water damage, your dossier is at hand
How The Purchase Works
Build and explore your whole inventory, including the cover check, without paying: up to 25 entries and the first photo of every item. A single one-time unlock adds unlimited entries, extra photos per item (up to five), the claim-ready PDF, the CSV and the backup file. Restoring a backup is always available.
The app speaks English and Dutch; the exported report itself is in English. Keepory helps you document what you own; it is not insurance, legal or financial advice, and your insurer has the final word on what is covered.
Document your home once. Have it ready forever.
