This app is provided by Kali Yuga B.V., registered in Zwolle, The Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 42134294. By installing, opening or using KinBinder for Android ("the App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What the App does

The App is a tool that helps you with a specific task on your own device. Its results and suggestions are automated and indicative. The App never takes irreversible action without your confirmation.

2. One-time purchase

The App is free to download and try. A one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks the full functionality. There is no subscription. Payments and any refunds are handled by Google through Google Play under Google Play's terms.

3. Your responsibility

You decide which actions to take. Where the App can change, export or remove data, check the result and keep your own backup. You use the App only for your own material and in accordance with the law.

4. No warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App is error-free or that its results are correct or complete.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from or related to the use of the App, including loss or alteration of data. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App. This does not apply to damage caused by our intent or wilful recklessness, and nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

6. Licence

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App. Intellectual property remains with us or our licensors.

7. Privacy

The App works on your device and does not collect personal data. See the privacy policy.

8. Changes and governing law

We may amend these terms; for material changes we will ask for your agreement again in the App. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Zwolle, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction rules that protect you as a consumer.

KinBinder for Android — Gebruiksvoorwaarden

Deze app wordt aangeboden door Kali Yuga B.V., gevestigd te Zwolle, KvK 42134294. Door KinBinder for Android ("de App") te installeren, te openen of te gebruiken ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden. Ga je niet akkoord, gebruik de App dan niet.

1. Wat de App doet

De App is een hulpmiddel voor een specifieke taak op je eigen toestel. Resultaten en suggesties zijn geautomatiseerd en indicatief. De App doet nooit iets onomkeerbaars zonder jouw bevestiging.

2. Eenmalige aankoop

De App is gratis te downloaden en te proberen. Een eenmalige in-app aankoop ontgrendelt alle functies. Er is geen abonnement. Betalingen en eventuele restituties lopen via Google onder de voorwaarden van Google Play.

3. Jouw verantwoordelijkheid

Jij bepaalt welke handelingen je uitvoert. Waar de App gegevens kan wijzigen, exporteren of verwijderen, controleer je het resultaat en zorg je voor een eigen back-up. Je gebruikt de App alleen voor je eigen materiaal en in overeenstemming met de wet.

4. Geen garanties

De App wordt geleverd "zoals hij is" en "zoals beschikbaar", zonder garantie voor zover wettelijk toegestaan. Wij garanderen niet dat de App foutloos werkt of dat de resultaten juist of volledig zijn.

5. Aansprakelijkheid

Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan zijn wij niet aansprakelijk voor schade die voortvloeit uit of verband houdt met het gebruik van de App, waaronder verlies of wijziging van gegevens. Eventuele aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot het bedrag dat je voor de App hebt betaald. Dit geldt niet bij opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid van onze kant, en niets in deze voorwaarden beperkt je dwingendrechtelijke consumentenrechten.

6. Licentie

Je krijgt een niet-exclusief, niet-overdraagbaar gebruiksrecht. Het intellectueel eigendom blijft bij ons of onze licentiegevers.

7. Privacy

De App werkt op je toestel en verzamelt geen persoonsgegevens. Zie de privacyverklaring.

8. Wijzigingen en toepasselijk recht

Wij kunnen deze voorwaarden wijzigen; bij wezenlijke wijzigingen vragen we opnieuw je akkoord in de App. Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Zwolle, onverminderd dwingendrechtelijke bevoegdheidsregels die jou als consument beschermen.
