Fairloom Android

Splitting up belongings after a move, a divorce or a death, without a fight.

Android: free to try, one-time unlock €4,99, no subscription · looking for the iPhone version?

Dividing a household or an estate is where families fall out: who takes the clock, who gets the piano, and who decides. Fairloom gives you a way everyone can check — on one phone, around the kitchen table, without an account.

How It Works

1. List the people and the belongings. Add a photo, a room and an estimated value if you like, or walk a room and quick-add everything in it.

2. Everyone bids in private. Each person spreads 100 points over what they want most, then hands the phone on. Nobody sees anybody else's bids.

3. Fairloom proposes a split. Taking turns, whoever is worst off so far picks next — a rule you can explain in one sentence and check line by line.

What You Get

Not At The Table?

Somebody who lives abroad or cannot come gets an invite code as plain text, bids in private on their own phone and sends a reply code back. No server, no login: you choose how the code travels — message, e-mail or paper. The reply carries only points, so it can never change your list.

A Document The Family Can Sign

Export a settlement PDF: cover page, who got what, the money, the round-by-round draft, everyone's bids, a hand-over record with a line per item for the date and a signature, and signature lines. A4 or US Letter; long names and notes wrap instead of being cut off. Save it, share it or print it straight from the app, which first checks that every person and every belonging really is in the document. There is also a CSV of every item and every bid. The app speaks English and Dutch; the document itself is in English.

Private By Design

Everything stays on your phone. No account, no ads, no tracking, no internet permission, no permissions at all — photos are picked with Android's own photo picker. Fairloom makes a proposal to help you agree; it is not legal or tax advice.

Price

Everything up to the result is free and unlimited: divisions, people, belongings, photos, bidding, the split, the envy check and the money settlement. A one-time purchase unlocks exporting the PDF and the CSV. No subscription.
