You finish the job, the client wants proof, and your photos are scattered across a camera roll. JobBinder files every photo under its job and turns them into a clean PDF report with your company name on top — all on your phone, with no account.
How It Works
1. Start a job: name, client, address and notes.
2. Add photos with the camera or Android's photo picker. Each one gets its date and time automatically (imported photos keep their original capture date when they carry one), a label (Before, During, After, Issue or Done) and an optional caption. Pick many at once; if a photo cannot be read, JobBinder tells you how many are missing and why, and Try again fetches only those.
3. Open the report, check it page by page and send it.
The Report
- Cover page with your company header (name, trade, phone, e-mail), the job details, the period the photos cover and the number of photos
- One timeline, oldest photo first — or a section per stage — or Before → After pairs side by side, matched by area; when a job has pairs, the report screen offers that layout
- 1, 2 or 4 photos per page; each photo with its label, time stamp and caption; leave out the stages your client does not need to see
- Long captions and long notes wrap onto more lines and extra pages instead of being cut off; a caption that does not fit its page, or notes that run past eight extra pages, are flagged on the report screen before you send anything
- A4 PDF, page numbers in the footer, shown in the app exactly as it will be saved
Organise As You Shoot
- Choose the label and the area or item (for example "Kitchen sink") once and every new photo is filed under it
- Select several photos — or press and hold one — to relabel, set the area or delete them in one go
- A demo job shows you a finished report before you add your own
Private By Design
Everything stays on your phone: no account, no ads, no tracking, no internet permission, no permissions at all. Photos are picked with Android's own photo picker and the camera photo is stored only inside the app. You decide where the PDF is saved and who it is shared with.
Price
Everything up to the finished report is unlimited: jobs, photos, labels, captions, your company header and the full report preview, which carries a PREVIEW watermark. A one-time purchase unlocks saving and sharing the clean PDF. No subscription.
